You were so excited to start looking at San Diego houses when you decided it was time to buy. Now, after months of searching you found a house that you are ready to put a home offer in on.
But, there’s a lot to know when it comes to writing a home offer. Knowing what the right price to pay is and what contingencies to include in the deal isn’t necessarily a science but is important.
Every San Diego real estate deal can be slightly different, so here some things that you need to remember.
How to determine the price
While not every part of the San Diego home buying experience comes down to a science, determining the price is one of the closest things that does. The current condition of the San Diego market will largely dictate what the house is worth.
